Product Details
The Josco JLL15050 loose-leaf calico buff is designed to produce a high-gloss polished finish. Its 150mm, 50-fold cotton calico construction suits compatible 150mm bench grinders and is ideal for polishing brass, silver, copper, aluminium, chrome and plastics with an appropriate compound.
Multi-bore mounting allows use with compatible equipment. Select the buff and compound combination to suit your workpiece; Josco recommends SS, SSX or Multishine compounds for high-gloss polishing. Keep a separate buff for each compound.

Use
Apply a small amount of suitable compound across the rotating buff, topping up little and often rather than overloading it. Polish the workpiece using light pressure and a back-and-forth motion. Remove polishing residue with hot water and household detergent where appropriate for the workpiece.
Check mounting and speed compatibility before use. Do not exceed 2,850 RPM. Grinder, mounting spindle and polishing compound are sold separately.
Electrical products must be installed and used in accordance with applicable Australian laws, standards and manufacturer instructions. Use a licensed electrician where required.
