Product Details
The Josco FW4015120C mounted flap wheel is designed for sanding flat and contoured surfaces and removing paint or rust from suitable materials. Its 40mm diameter, 15mm wide wheel uses 120-grit aluminium oxide abrasive cloth and a 6mm round spindle for compatible power tools.
- Flexible abrasive flaps follow flat and contoured surfaces.
- Fresh abrasive is exposed as the flaps wear, helping maintain a consistent finish and reduce clogging.
- Flat top and bottom provide versatile access compared with raised-hub designs.

Use light pressure so that only the tips of the flaps contact the workpiece. When working on a rotating workpiece, the workpiece must move opposite to the wheel's rotation. Check tool compatibility, follow the accessory and machine instructions, and do not exceed the maximum rated speed. Power tool not included.
